2. Platform Role & Disclaimer of Liability

CRITICAL NOTICE: bdcu.club is exclusively a communication and connection platform designed for the Swim-Bike-Run community.

• The Platform does not mediate, oversee, or take responsibility for any financial transactions, shared physical logistics (e.g., bike transport, shared accommodations), or athletic activities organized through "Activity Events" or "Logistics Events".
• Users participate in all real-world events and meetups at their own strict peril and risk.
• Any agreements, payments, or exchanges made between users are entirely outside the Platform's jurisdiction and responsibility.

3. Account & Validation Rules

Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information. Your profile and reputation on bdcu.club are primarily built through action:

• Activity Badges are earned strictly by participating in and completing real-world Activity Events, verified by the Event Host.
• Verified / Pro Badges require completion of a KYC/Identity verification process and may be subject to subscription fees. Use of false documentation will result in immediate permanent ban.

4. User Conduct & Thread Rules

Within Event Threads and across the Platform, users must maintain a respectful, sportsmanlike demeanor. Zero tolerance is applied to spam, scams, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior. bdcu.club reserves the unequivocal right to ban users or revoke earned Badges for misconduct, without prior notice.

5. Modification of Terms

bdcu.club reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit. Your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
